What is the shipping policy?
Every Marlo piece is hand-assembled with care in Los Angeles. Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way. Shipping times may vary depending on carrier speed, but we'll always do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely.
Are all purchases final sale?
Because each Marlo piece is handmade and customized, all sales are final. That said, if your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at clubmarloteam@gmail.com. We'll work with you to make it right — whether that's a repair, replacement, or store credit.
What size should I get my pet?
All necklaces are adjustable. Please reference the size guide below to ensure your pet receives the right size.
XS/S: 10"- 20”
Typically recommended for Chihuahuas, Yorkies, Poms, Maltese, Shih Tzus, Miniature Dachshunds, and other extra small to small breeds.
M/L: 15"-26"
Typically recommended for Retrievers, Standard Poodles, Shepherds, Beagles, Bulldogs, Spaniels, and other medium to large breeds.
All Waggles are one size and compatible with all existing collars and harnesses that have a clip.
